Allah's best friend

There was a little boy ,

who always wondered why,

people worship sun , moon , and the sky,

He had many questions on his mind ,

It's answers he wanted to find ,

He asked his father, reflected on sun and moon , 

he was amazed to find his answers so soon ,

Allah is the only god he came to know , 

this is all he wanted to show ,

People rejected his message bluntly , 

threw him in fire instantaneously ,

Hoping blazing fire will turn him in hot coal ,

 and his death will purify their soul   ,

They waited and waited and waited for him to burn furiously ,

when he walked out of the fire safely they saw him curiously ,

Allah saved him and made  him his best friend ,

for his sacrifice that people will remember till the end ,

He build the sacred kabah ,

which was beloved to even prophets and sahaba ,

Do you really know him ,

he was none other than great Ibrahim  (A.S) , 

I pray in sujood when i  bend ,

may i also become Allah's best friend :)
